Instructure today announced key findings from its University of California, Irvine massive open online course (MOOC), “Society, Science, Survival: Lessons from AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead.'” The 8-week course attracted more than 65,000 users around the world! That’s a lot of students!
The class explored a wide range of scholarly topics through the lens of a hypothetical zombie apocalypse. At the end, the course’s participants filled out this survey with some interesting results!
Here are our favorite pieces, but if you want all the details, you can check out the full PDF of results here!
If you took the class, what were your thoughts? Did you learn anything new? What were your favorite parts? Let us know!
registered, but never got to take it. when i finished registering, it asked me to sign in. when i tried it said i was already a member. i couldnt do anything. so i closed my computer and then tried the next day. once again it would not let me log on, and when i tried to re-register, it said i was already a member. i never got a response to be able to re-register.
The class on post apocalyptic diet was very interesting I loved the course.
