I only got one out of four right
I’m not even joking, how in the world did Beth get here?! She’s literally the worst character!
I wouldn’t consider her the worst character, but if you look at who she’s been paired against, you can see how she made it. Rosita is too much of a loose cannon/liability right now. Carl has 1 eye and seems to be prone to getting shot, and can also be … not so level headed. Hershel has one leg and he’s getting old, he may not be able to keep up when on the run. He’s got medical knowledge, but no doubt that would have been passed down to his daughter: Beth. Had Beth been originally paired against Michonne, Glenn, Maggie, etc, then she wouldn’t be this far.
And why is she winning?
Yeah… like, the fuck? Honestly? I never hated Beth but seeing her get this far is baffling. And beating HERSHEL who was actively beloved by much of the fandom? That makes no sense to me. Did those crazies who insisted an entire season after Beth was dead that she could totally still come back spike the vote?
She has a small hardcore base that have been bulk-voting her. And yes, it is them who are doing it. The ones who believe she’s still alive (they still do XD). lol.
beth was also beloved by much of the fandom, but portions of it have a vitriolic hatred towards her. most people only pay attention to one sector or the other.

Which part, specifically? I said several things that were distinct. And I never said it wasn’t my opinion you know. But I’m pretty sure it’s a shared opinion. Much like you and your friends share Beth obsession. Which I have no actual problem with. I just think it’s probably an effort to vote for her that got her this far. Not just casual chance.

I dont get how she’s the “worst character ever!” She’s not cruel, she’s doesnt get other people killed, she had a great character arc, she didnt let Noah get forced to stay at the hospital, i dont see much wrong with her. Now Lori or Andrea? Those are some crappy characters, lol. ?
I’m not sure why everyone is upset. If you look at the bracket setup you can see this is what they intended. And if you look at the tags in this particular round Beth is listed first.
Furthermore if there hadn’t been an upset against Daryl in round one she’d be up against him now.

Beth was such a breath of fresh air, she was the optimism in a show where most people lost hope, she’s the reason Daryl is still holding on to hope. I really liked her character 🙂
I agree. I love her character. In Slabtown she was also a hell of a shot. She was a badass in her Grady arc showing she was not as innocent as she looked lying to Dawn and breaking into her office, killing her would be rapist, and helping Noah escape. I’d like to have her on my ZA team.
She was impulsive and stubborn and she can only sing. Hershel had a new leg, could walk again, he has medical expertise, he is wise and knows to farm. Why would i choose his daughter over him…
And why is carol losing? She’s scary as hell and saved and will save rick a lot of times. Jesus introduced rick to the Hilltop which resulted with meeting the saviours. Why jesus? Cause he’s handsome as hell and kicks walkers in the face…
Carol is losing because she isn’t a popular comic character and there are more comic Jesus fans than there are Carol fans.

The way this bracket was set up from the beginning you could go back and see where it was pretty much designed to achieve a certain result where key players would end up in the final 4 no matter what.
Because come on I don’t think anyone chose Buttons the horse except as a joke and no one would choose Mike and Lizzie to survive with.
