Despite OUTCAST not hitting store shelves until 2014, Robert Kirkman has just signed on to write the pilot for a television show based on the forthcoming series. He’ll also be executive producing alongside Circle of Confusion’s David Alpert, who is also an executive producer on AMC’s The Walking Dead.
