Bitch Planet first bursted into the scene back in December of 2014 and has been kickin’ names and takin’ ass ever since. The book follows a number of women who have been imprisioned at an off-planet prison known as the Auxiliary Compliance Outpost for being “non-compliant.” The story bounces around In time, detailing how the women were arrested and their various experiences in the high-security prison. The comic is described as being
“born of a deep and abiding love for exploitation and women in prison movies of the ‘60s and ‘70s.”
