“It’s such a pleasure to celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of the most legendary RPGs of all time, the original Baldur’s Gate, as well as the iconic games it inspired, by bringing these special enhanced editions to a new generation of players and platforms,” said Skybound Games CEO Ian Howe.
“It’s been nearly two decades since Baldur’s Gate was born from a D&D campaign between me and the game’s co-creators,” said Trent Oster, Beamdog CEO. “The longevity of this series and the games that followed has been both humbling and rewarding. Our team is thrilled to continue that tradition by finally making this wealth of amazing storytelling and gameplay available to everyone on modern consoles.”
Each game will also be available to purchase for digital download individually upon release through the PlayStation®Store, Xbox Games Store and Nintendo eShop.
Hi. I had a question about the Neverwinter Nights EE online multiplayer. If my friend buys the Xbox version and I buy the Switch version, will we be able to be on the same team together online?is there cross platform play? Thanks.
There will be an option for italian language and subtitles? Thanks
Will there be a manual with the physical copies?
Please there will be an option for Czech subtitles? It would be great please please please 🙂 Thanks
I would like to know if the Switch version of BG+BG2 and Icewind Dale+Planescape will come all on the cartridge. I don’t like to buy a phisical copy of a game and have to download part of it. Thank you.
How soon will these games be available for pre order through eB games in ontario
Cn the walking dead episode 4 be played on Android device
What languages will be supported in the game?
I think it would be good not to have buldurs gate dark alliance come to Microsoft one x because it would be better with pro traffics on PS4 pro and PS4 slim that have native 4 k processors in them with a better whiter fan made by Nidec and not delta on the new PS4 pro cuch 7215 b and I just wanted to give you this feedback
Will the ps4 versions include blocked scenes? Im really looking forward to replaying these titles on my ps4 and would love to share my experience with others through the inbuilt streaming software in my console – but if youve blocked certain scenes it will stop me from doing it. The games are 20 years old so surely there arent any secrets you want to keep others from seeing?
How about bg dark alliance 1&2 these were great games and suited far better for console than the PC Games
In Baldur’s Gate will you be able you be able to import your character from BG1 to BG2?
Release date has changed for two weeks – I am very unhappy
When will Baldur’s Gate be available for purchase in the Xbox Store (digital download)?
Is all collectors editions in english? or are they localized? for example if buying from Amazon.de ?
When are these games available for digital download via Xbox ? Some information would be helpful
WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO BE AVAILABLE FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD!
Man they delayed the release to Oct 15 in canada
Again was changed release?? OMG

Hello, I pre-ordered NWN Enhanced Edition Collector’s Ed many months ago. (order # 100674) I have heard nothing about this from you but heard that it was shipping on Dec 17. Did my order ship today? Thank you.
Hi there, I recently purchased Baldur’s Gate enhanced version ( 4 months ago ), I’m not a huge gamer, but love this game, reminds me of my D &D days. I’ve been playing a bit each day, I’ve got to an area in Baldur’s Gate 2 ( Rassad’s quest, Amphitheatre ), it will not let me fast travel from this point. Keeps crashing ( CE-34878-0 error), I’ve restarted and rebuilt my data base. Same thing occurs. The first time this happened, I started from scratch, ( 2 months worth of game time ), second time around, get to where the game crashed the first time, same exact scenario, cannot leave Amphitheatre area without crashing. I’m pretty bummed out, I’d love to play further, not sure if I got a bad disc or what. Seems to be the game if it crashes in the same spot. Was wondering if you could send me a digital copy of the game so I may continue. Not sure what else to do, feel free to email me back if you require any other information. Would like any feedback or suggestions. Thank you for your time.
Is BG , BG II and IWD Multiplayer? Quoting text above: “Beamdog has upgraded all of the above titles with native support for high-resolution widescreen displays, controls optimized for console controllers, new standalone content, new characters and classes, new voice sets, expanded character creation options, improved multiplayer functionality…” EndQuote
If so I will buy the games
Will there ever be PC versions of these EE Collector Boxes?
