“NO SURRENDER”
Dwight must defend the ruins of Alexandria against the Saviors–but what exactly are they fighting over?
I love what’s going on with the story. I hear people say that they think the saviors attacking again is too repetitive, but I would rather it be them then yet another new group. Dwight better survive!
If I was Dwight, I’d be punching that guy in his good eye
He probably didn’t have enough time to think about that, given the circumstances lol. Just slug and hope you hit something
I guess that means Rick has wandered off with the herd? Only Dwight is left to defend Alexandria, where the heck is everyone else?
Amazing colour work again on the cover. I would love to see a complete issue in colour by Gaudiano.
I don’t know why I keep crediting the amazing colours on the covers to Gaudiano when it it is the mighty Dave Stewart. Sorry Mr Stewart your work is brilliant, yours to Stefano
Is Sherry taking a nap in the background?
Freaking love Dwight! Dwight and Negan vs Sherry and saviors!
Cool to see that Dwight made it. But that place doesn’t like Alexandria, more like the area where Whisperers had their herd. Can’t wait to see how the whole situation will turn out.
It looks like Negan or a Negan wanna be laying on the grass next to the Sherry/Sherry wanna be.
I feel like the last few issue covers have been very revealing. A House Fallen showed Alexandria overrun and Maggie, baby Hershel, and Carl looking over it. That means they survive, and Alexandria loses. Now we know Dwight survives, or at least up to this issue. I kind of want to go back to the misleading covers or the symbolic covers. Off the top of my head I can recall when Hershel held the shotgun to Rick’s head, when Negan was standing over Rick as if he was about to be Lucille’d, and even when Negan was standing behind Rick as he was sitting in a chair, leading us to believe Rick would let Negan out and work with the community in that issue. The story is good, and I love the direction it’s taking. I just want to be surprised again when I read the comics.
I am so feeling you on this! I miss the Fake Takes/Cover Bluffers.
