I think they’re going to have to retreat (the only way to survive this) and quickly implement a counter strategy. Even though they have never moved herds of that size before, they could try to take a chunk of the herd away utilizing their horn system. Remember in issue #144, Alpha told Rick he should stand back so he doesn’t catch the herd’s attention because the Whisperers can only steer/control them to a point. Divert the herd’s attention and the Whisperers must either follow or be exposed to the Survivors for hand-to-hand combat.
Oh man I’m nervous, the looks on their faces is scary, something big is gunna happen this issue. With only a 6 issue war they have to ramp it up and I think this will be the start of it. Maybe Jesus is killed.
