CANT FUCKING WAIT!!!
Ahhhhh!
Why do you tempt us so! It’s torture!!!
Wonder if this issue will also feature no Rick. Feels weird going whole issues without him.
I’m getting the feeling that, more and more, “No Rick” is something we’re going to have to get used to.
Gregory is the worst. Looks like he has an “army” of four supporters for his leadership in that second preview panel. And why does the lady on the left-hand side of that preview panel have the Michonne hair/headband combo look goin on?
He really is. He’s a fucking toad. Slime. He’s a weasel and a coward. It makes him despicable.
The Governor and Negan did terrible things but at least they got their own hands dirty. With them, there was some level of them owning up to the terrible people they knew they were. Made them “reliable” in a sense. Gregory? Slimy is the only word I can think to describe him accurately.
The thing is that Maggie intends to punish those boys while letting Carl get away with what he’s done. Those boys were assaulting Sophia with their fist and this resulted in getting beaten with a shovel. She’s essentially allowing Carl do get away with attempted murder while punishing the assault. The thing is that if Maggie knew her own people better instead of breaking horses all the time she could’ve killed it in its crib. It really makes you wonder if Gregory would be the better leader.
no it really doesn’t, she may not be perfect, shes the single leader of a massive group and that’s hard, and shit happens but shes definitely much better than Gregory, hes just a foolish weasel. and Gregory actually just shows no goo character qualities of a leader, unlike magie
I hope that is a sarcastic post, “Negan”. lol But I would point out that they used a “brick” along with their fists. Do you watch Breaking Bad? If so, do you remember the “half measures” / “full measures” episodes? Sophia kicking the bullies asses a few issues ago would be considered half measures. That obviously didn’t work. Carl went “full measures” on them. I don’t think he went too far in his defense of an ambush. My question is that why weren’t the parents involved after the first altercation. THAT might have prevented this attack. But can’t wait to see Gregory get his.
Too funny jmoore, seriously crackin up. Totally agree. No half measures.
And “Negan TWD,” it certainly seems that Maggie is gonna punish Carl. She made it clear that it was not what Rick would have wanted. I would not be surprised if those boys got some jail time in Hilltop and Carl gets exiled and possible jail time in Alexandria.
But ultimately I don’t see anyone supporting Gregory. An unexpected power shift would lead to the Hilltop losing all the benefit that the community system provides, if not provoking an attack from Rick who likely still dominates ammo supply and manufacturing. And it would not be surprising to discover that Rick withheld the extent to which his stockpile has expanded, the mystery acting as a deterrent for future community conflicts. And even if a small insurgency sprouts, issues 131 and 132 make it seems as if the general consensus of the community is that Maggie and Rick are beneficial. Why muck that up? Although I get the very very hugely strong feeling that this Whisperers arc is the beginning of the end for the Hilltop community compound, so it probably wont matter for all that long anyway.
I guess you chose to forgot about the part where they hit Carl in the back of the head with a brick. You know, a lethal weapon. Or the part where they still beat Sophia bloody and it doesn’t fucking matter if it was only their fists because they still could have easily beaten her to death.
In short, you’re wrong.
Hells yeah, can’t wait.
If Gregory is successful in killing Maggie than he will become my most hated character in almost all mediums! Rick and Carl need to teach him a lesson. Gregory’s f**king with the wrong people!!
Agreed, maggie is one of the original crew and im sure he doesnt want to to down that road, ‘course, i aint never seen anyone go down that road, six years ago a group of campers went down there and got lost, had to eat each other to stay alive, used to be the way to the o’reilly house, yup, he butchered over fifty children and kept their bodies in his cellar, you should find an old bridge about halfway up, that bridge is cursed, you know, built it with the bones of two hundred chinese laborers who were massacred in ’34, yup, lotta history down that road, the indians knew that, thats why the stopped usin it when the ground went sour
thirty five people have died goin down it, and some say you can still see their ghosts up there, it was on that very ski run that a group of students were killed by a wolfboy who escaped from a mental institution, you see, that ski run was once a burial ground to a tribe of vampire Wichicaw who ate the flesh of children with no eyes, lotta history on that ski run yup
???
AWESOME, MaximumParty!! HA!
Fantastic talent you got there, GovernorPhillip!
Thanks Bastet! Again 😉
Yea a big time thanks, i really didnt expect anyone to get what i was doing there but i had to do it anyways hahah
I’m not sure how dumb you’d have to be to think Gregory is a better leader than Maggie XD Then again, those people have shown they’re pretty dumb… heh, and their kids aren’t much smarter.
Wondering who Maggie is talking to… the dumb kids? Gregory and crew… the whispers? WHOOO?
And slightly off-topic, but I’ve been wondering… back in All out War 1, when Negan had Gregory…
I’m wondering…did the Saviors kidnap him? Or did Gregory go to Sanctuary to rat out his own people and try to make a deal with Negan? Initially I thought he got kidnapped, but now I’m thinking Gregory is slimy enough to have gone there all on his own accord.
It’s probably been two years of conflict building up within this community. We probably have to wait for another arc until they show up a hint of what happened with Michonne and Ezekiel.
