i thought this issue of Outcast was absolutely brilliant . Kirkman always does so well in introducing new characters in a way that reveals plenty about then but also raises a bunch of questions. i also like that mr.tusk isn’t outwardly “evil” and “villainy” in a way Sidney was. i think villains that also have this alternate kind, smiling, gentle facade are always more terrifying and entertaining to watch. in a way Tusk reminds me of Gus in Breaking Bad.
im so happy with this issue because the whole chapter feels like a complete short story in itself! 🙂
