Manifest Destiny: Comic Vs. History!

Whenever a creator uses source material to tell a new version of a story, there’s something about the way my brain works that becomes instantly obsessed with finding out the differences between the original and the new. That often applies very specifically to the film and television adaptations of comic books and novels. I usually dig into knowing whether or not Andrea died the same way in The Walking Dead or if things play out the same way for the Barnes Family on Outcast, but I don’t exaggerate when I say I get obsessive! I also find it super interesting to know whether or not the clothes, hair color, or vehicle they drive is the same. It’s silly, but I love it.
