Limited warranty: Skybound warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product that the physical media on which this software program is stored will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. If the product is found defective within 90 days of original purchase, Skybound agrees in its sole discretion to either refund or replace (so long as the product is still being manufactured by Skybound), free of charge, such defective product within such period, upon its receipt of the product (postage paid, with proof of the date of purchase). If the product is no longer available, Skybound retains the right to substitute similar goods of equal or greater value. This warranty is not applicable to normal wear and tear, and shall be void if the defect in the product is found to be a result of abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect of the product. Except as set forth herein, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Any implied warranties prescribed by statute are expressly limited to the 90-day period described above. In no event will Skybound be liable for any special, incidental, consequential damages resulting from possession, use or malfunction of Skybound products.
